The prices shown include towels and bed linen, heating oil and electricity. A complimentary starter pack of groceries is included.

Dogs are welcome subject to them being well behaved and house trained However pets are not allowed into the bedrooms or onto the furniture . A Dog basket can be provided if required. Cost £15 per tail.

Bookings for less than a full week are charged as follows: 3 nights or less - 60% of weekly rate Additional nights - 10% of weekly rate.
